Just as good as *****
Really was a little apprehensive about buying the rug as I usually go 'name brand' on my sisals/jute, i.e., from ***** or *****.... BUT...this rug is GREAT! Just as nice quality, if not better...the rug pad is actually part of the rug, so I can eliminate the need for a rug pad. SUPER!

Great rug
This is a fabulous rug. It is a rich color and soft enough to walk on barefoot. The only downside is that when the rug arrived it smelled unbelievably awful. I had to leave it outside for 2 days and even then it smelled a little when I brought it in. Now I have had it for more that 6 months and it is a great rug and a great value.

Nice rug
This rug is much better quality than I anticipated. I wanted a rug with some "texture" for my dining room and it really adds some "pop" to the room. I am pleasantly surprised at how heavy (or maybe I should say thick) it is. The price is definitely great for such a rug.

Positive review title
I received my rug promptly. It was very good quality. I put it down in my office and it lay flat, no days to straighten out . Beautiful. The only thing is that it is made of jute and it does have a distant smell to it, but has diminished as the days go by. The price was good for the quality. I just love Overstock !

Great rug for the price
Don't hesitate to buy this rug. I had looked at similar rugs from other very well known, and more expensive, sources, but went with this because I was over budget on a room re-do and this was the last thing I needed for the room. I'm thrilled!!!!! I've had it for a month and it's great; looks beautiful, wears very well, and the price still makes me smile. I didn't notice the odor that other people had mentioned in reviews, but I had unpacked it and left in in my garage overnight, just in case.

great rug for my dining room. I bough the additional rubber pad for under it but it already came with a great rubber lining under it that works great!

Nice Carpet, but Scratchy
Evidently, there is a difference between sisal and jute. This is a sisal rug that looks very well in our small den. But, I wasn't anticipating how uncomfortable it is to walk on in bare feet. Despite that, I am very pleased with the look and decided to keep it. We have a jute rug in our living room which is softer and more comfortable to walk on in bare feet. Lessoned learned. Overall this is a good rug and looks nice.

Wears well
The rug lays well, stays in place and is easy to keep clean. I use this rug in my foyer and it works quite well. However, your description recommended the purchase of a non slip pad in addition to the rug, which I did purchase. When the rug arrived I discovered that, in fact, the rug has a very functional non slip backing and therefore the extra non slip pad was not needed and was returned.
