  • Color not true

    I am disappointed that the rug is not grey as advertised. It is not even a grey-ish blue but more like a porcelain blue. I decided to keep it because it looks ok with my decor. I have two dogs that will beat it up, and it is a decent quality for the price. However, I do not expect it to last a long time. If I had been looking for a blue rug, I would be happy with it.

    • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The grey rug was actually blue.
    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality is decent for the price, but I don't think it will last more than a year or two. It already has a couple small pulls after the first couple weeks.
    • How accurate was the on site description of the product? Aside from the color, the description was accurate.
    • Would you recommend this to a friend? No

  • Horrible customer service.

    When I ordered this rug, the site said it would ship in 7-10 days. I got and email the next day saying it had shipped. Two weeks later it hadn't been delivered. Then I got and email saying it was never shipped. When I called customer service to inquire about the shipment, they said it would take 48 hours for them to track down the order and that they may simply be out of stock. In that case they offered to refund my purchase. 3 weeks is a long time to hold on to my funds if you don't even have a rug to send your customer!

  • Nice rug... everything I expected.

    This rug is nice... looks very good in our dining room. Since it was shipped rolled up, it took awhile for it to lay flat.

  • Neutral rug with some detail

    I've had this rug for almost a month now and have received multiple compliments. It has a soft underfoot and blends in nicely in my living room. Some of the loops stick up more than others so it's not perfectly smooth. I would not recommend this rug if you are wanting a rug for a high traffic area. I vacuum once a week and for the most part it stays clean, but could see how it could easily get dirty with pets inside the cream areas. All in all I am happy with the rug, but imagine I will have to replace in a year or two.
