  • Very modern rug

    The rug looks very nice when i got it. After vacuuming it once, the rug was not flat (from delivery). The overall look of the rug is very modern. It is soft and but not too soft which is what I like. I was thinking of cancelling the order for this rug after I had bought it, but I couldn't because it had already shipped. But I am sooo glad that I did not cancel this order and get a new rug because this rug is amazing!! I have gotten many compliments about this rug!

  • Love the rug, but colors in picture are deceiving

    I love the rug. It is very soft and feels great under our feet. The colors in the picture are not realistic of the actual colors in the rug. It is only two shades, one cream and the other brown. However some of the brown stripes are cut short compared to the long shag so they appear a different color in the photo. Again, two tone but wonderful.

  • Love my Shag rug!

    I was looking for a rug for my family room for months. I went to different stores. At last I found it in this website. You cannot beat the price. The quality of the rug is really good for this price. I have small children so, I was looking for a dark color. And this one met all of my expectations.

  • Beautiful

    I was very hesitant to buy something I could not touch myself but I had been reassured by a friend who has purchased a number of items on this site. I am just thrilled with the purchase and have gotten many compliments on it (I just hosted a bridal shower in my home this weekend and many people commented on my new rug and thought it was a beautiful addition to my room). I have had the rug for over 3 weeks now and have vacuumed it many times (I have a dog and 2 cats) and it has not shed at all. It is very soft and feels great even without a pad under it. I am very pleased with this purchase and the price I paid for it. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

    • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? color was perfectly described, except like previously reported, the cream color is really not cream but more of an oatmeal/beige. It is still very pretty and looks great!

    I have been looking and looking for a replacement rug for our living room....had somethings in my mind,as to what would match,and,the prices..I found this one,exactly what I had in mind,a bit pricey,but most quality things are..and I knew I could return it if it wasnt right for my room... I love it,is a perfect addition,very plush...my dogs lay on it a lot...:) a plus for them..love overstock!

  • Hand woven rug

    Loved the photo with browns, cream and gray. Just the colors I was looking for. When I received the rug, there was no grey in it. I called overstock.com and was told that they grey was added to the actual photo for dramatic effect. What a let down. I returned the rug.

  • Beautiful

    We had to wait 10 days to put our new rug down due to newly refinished hardwood floors. It was worth the wait. Soft, plush and beautiful! We won't be using a rug pad as it is under multiple pieces of furniture and isn't moving.

  • nice carpet, but color doesn't match

    Nice thick carpet for the price. Pile not too long or too short. Only gripe is the color. Picture makes it look like it is 3 toned, but it is only 2 toned. Middle brown color is just a change in pile height

  • Title is good.

    Really like the rug and think the quality is very nice. I ordered because of the gray in the rug but there is not gray, just brown. Still looks good in room and am very pleased with it overall.

Can someone clarify the colors of this rug. So it's brown/chocolate brown? With cream stripes? What is the color of the third stripe? Is that blue/grey? Any one know or have more pictures of this rug? chaisipper on May 30, 2012

There are only two colors: Dark Brown and Cream. The grey areas are an illusion created by the camera...it's really just a change in the pile of the rug, where it's a tight loop as opposed to shag. These areas are Dark Brown just like the Dark Brown shag area. allizimm on Mar 30, 2013

The colors of this rug are Dark Brown and Cream/Beige. It’s not a grey rug. The grey seen may be due to the computer monitor displaying the colors incorrectly. Please feel free to contact us again with any further questions. overstockcustomercare1 on Jun 1, 2012
 
There are only two colors in the rug: Dark Brown and Cream. The grey color of the skinny stripes is just an illusion created by the camera. Those stripes are really dark brown, but the pile is a tight loop as opposed to the shag in the rest of the rug. allizimm on Mar 30, 2013
