I love this rug! It is soft and silky, the pile is great, it is a cross between a shag and a fur rug. Great price. Haven't tried to vacuum yet, but I don't thtink it would be easy. I have it in my spare room so not much traffic. I just pick pieces of lint off of rug as I see them, rich dark brown color
