Cottage rug
The process to order and price of the item was perfect. But I was very dissappointed in the actual color of the item. I ended up returning it and buying a rug elsewhere.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Color was not even close to the same as the picture online.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Seemed to be made well. Just wasn't the right color.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? The description was somewhat accurate. However the "accent" colors in the rug were much more prevalent than described.

good to average rug for high traffic areas
Purchased this rug for a high traffic area (humans and pets). The colors were off just enough, that we put it in another area of the house. It works well where we have it, but areas of weaving are already fraying after cleaning. Am glad it is reversible so we can extend the life(hopefully) of this rug.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? the rug is more blue/brown than gray/green as depicted in the photo
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. It has threads that are already loosening from the weave
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Fair - texture of the weave is harsher than one would expect from the description
