I received the rug earlier this week. It came in a few days. The close up of the photo gives you a really good idea of how the rug looks; the material has a shine to it. The description of the rug says silver. The photo online makes the rug look darker than it really is. I was expecting the rug to be dark gray, as it looks in the picture, but it is definitely a silver color. I wanted it to be dark grey to match my bedding. Although it is not the color I expected, I am keeping the rug because it still goes. The 4x6 is a perfect size for my bedroom, the previous 5x8 rug I had was too big for the room. I think the rug is good for what it cost. There are a lot of expensive rugs out there. Right now, there are 2 lines on the rug that look like bare spots where the bottom of the rug shows through. I think is due to it being rolled up & shipped. I am hoping it evens out over time to hide those spots. If the rug lies very flat, it stays so that you can't see the bare spots. However, if the rug gets bunched up at all, it bunches along the line & shows the bare spots. I am thinking of getting a rug pad to keep the rug flat and looking good.
Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous Surya rug! We ordered it in the brown. It is a nice deep chocolate brown and works great in front of our fireplace. Our computer monitor shows it as a lighter brown and we were so pleased when it arrived and was a deep rich chocolate. The quality is wonderful and it looks so expensive. We priced this same type of rug at a furniture store and it was so much more. This is a great find on Overstock and we'd definately recommend it.
