Not as pictured
The natural fibers is similar to a rough jute mat. It is tightly woven, but the fiber itself is wide, so the detail in the rug is not as fine as it appears in the picture. It has a much more rustic look, and uneven surface. It is rough underfoot. I am using it indoors to protect the wood floor under my office desk, and it is suitable for that. I also got the same rug as a runner for high traffice hallway in my home. It's a good rug, good quality, and ultimately I kept it because it's a good deal too.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Color is really beige, green, and blue-grey.

arrived very quickly. the rug is mostly gray, but definitely has brownish color in it and it is a lot more "striped" than appears in the picture. it has a kind of rough texture and is not at all soft. looks more like an outdoor rug than an indoor rug. it is pretty though and goes well with our black, gray, and white decor.
