I like the way it looks, but...
I have owned this rug for about 10 months now. It is much thinner than I expected. It's actually thinner than some of the dhurrie throw rugs I own. Because of the thinness, it stretches out in some places, bunches up in others. I have a rug pad under it, and it still stretches out when the couch shifts. As a result, there are places where the hardwoods are showing through the open weave. I do have dogs, which has contributed to the wear, so I guess if you have a pet free, child free home, this rug would be ok. Otherwise, just know that within a couple months, it's not going to look like it did when you bought it.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color is almost the same as on screen, just a little darker than the picture.

- How accurate was the on site description of the product? The description was accurate, but I wish a "thickness" description had been listed.

Sheds all over my apartment!
The rug sheds. A LOT. I've had it for a week and have been vacuuming it at least 2 times a day and I have had to empty my vacuum twice already because it gets so full. I can see the fibers everywhere, and it's worse because I have black bookshelves. When I wear dark clothes, the fibers from the rug cling on to it. Also, the rug is course and feels more like an outdoor rug. It's okay value for the price - it's definitely one of the cheapest rugs for the price, but you get what you paid for. Don't waste your time.

flimsy, moves around a lot and stretches
I somehow neglected to read the reviews on this rug when I purchased it. We looked at so many, I guess I was overwhelmed. For the price, you get a HUGE rug. The problem is, it stretches in the corners, doesn't always lay flat and slides all over the place without a rug pad. It's like having a large jute blanket laying on your floor. If it wasn't so costly to return this, we would have sent it back. We will probably just move it into our playroom when we find a rug with are happy with.

Rug does not look like picture
When I first saw this rug I thought the wrong rug had been shipped. The rug is very thin. It looks to be very cheap - like maybe from the dollar store. I will not order another rug online. I will buy in a bricks and mortar store where I can see the product. I am very disappointed.

Its Okay
This is a very casual look. Rug is fine but not for a formal dining room. I have decided to make it work the best I can because it is so big it is hard to return. But I would only suggest if you have a casual look.

Great rug for the money
I read the reviews before buying...so I knew this was a thinner, almost thick-blankettype of rug. I placed it overtop a well worn indoor/outdoor type carpet I had in a bedroom. Totally updated the bedroom, lots of rug..8 x 10. Great solution to tearing out existing. Thought it would work out especially well if someone is renting, but did not like carpeting. The rug did take a while to straighten out, but it looks great now. Redoing second bedroom. Will most likely get another rug for that room as well.

Jute Natural Fiber Rug
I love this rug you cannot hurt it. It is under my dinning room table and we have our boys basketball team over on a regular basis. If it can stand up to them it is a hardy well made attractive rug.
