Beautifully Constructed Jute Rug
Made in India and carrying a label that no child labor was used in the making of the rug, it's about a 1/4 inch thick and the individual coils are tightly hand stitched together. It has no tears or tufts after a month in a home with a cat.

put this rug in a high traffic dinette area, does not show dirt like plush carpets, comfortable to walk on. Can easily move chairs on it.

Braided rug
I was going to send it back because it looked like a scratch pad for my cats. I order the UPS return label but did not return it immediatley. After looking at it for awhile I took it home and it works beautifully for my living room. I put extra cat nip on the cats scratch pad and hoping for the best!

beautiful rug
I LOVe this rug! I had been waiting to purchase a neutral, but cheerful colored natural rug for my living room and couldn't be happier. It looks beautiful. Slightly golden which matches everything, and much softer than I expected to walk on. I think it will be easy to clean. It arrived very quickly!

Very nice rug but disappointed with color
This was a very nice rug but it did not look at all like the picture. It is more like an old fashioned country style braided rug. I wanted a more sunporch style rug so am returning it. I am giving it an excellent rating only because it is a very well made rug. It just wasn't what I wanted.

I have purchased several of these braided sisal rugs over the years for kitchen, Family room and bedrooms. We have a 250 year old house with wide wooden plank floors and got tired of wool braided rugs These braided jute rugs give a warm updated look and they are great for the pets too. And because of price range replaceable when necessary

Perfect neutral rug!
I really love this rung. I have had it for several weeks now. There has been no shedding. There was never an odor. I needed a rug to coordinate with a patterned couch. This is perfect, and so pretty! I was afraid that my cat would scratch the rug if it felt too much like a scratching post. This has not been a problem at all. The rug is soft, not scratchy.

Nice Rug
Rug is nice, however it's been down on my dining room floor with a rug pad underneath and one else still curls up. I've put books on top and hopefully it will eventually lay flat. It took a couple of days and books around the whole perimeter of rug to finally get most of the sides to lay flat.
