I was going to send it back because it looked like a scratch pad for my cats. I order the UPS return label but did not return it immediatley. After looking at it for awhile I took it home and it works beautifully for my living room. I put extra cat nip on the cats scratch pad and hoping for the best!

I LOVe this rug! I had been waiting to purchase a neutral, but cheerful colored natural rug for my living room and couldn't be happier. It looks beautiful. I bought this rug on a last second switch BASED on consumer REVIEW. It was similar to another jute rug i had picked, but better reviewed. Best thing I ever did. It is lovely. I call it 'the every color you would want in blonde hair' rug. it has so many dimensions and is woven perfectly-love the quality. and jute is the best in durability. it's natural and is very easy to fit in whatever style room from contemporary, to traditional, to modern. It's fab.

I love this rug! I've never had a jute rug before, so wasn't sure what to expect. I seen them in other people's houses that are very scratchy. This rug is soft. I walk on it in bare feet every day. I sit on it. I would even put a baby on it. The rug could not be better. I've only had it a week, but so far -- perfect!

This was a very nice rug but it did not look at all like the picture. It is more like an old fashioned country style braided rug. I wanted a more sunporch style rug so am returning it. I am giving it an excellent rating only because it is a very well made rug. It just wasn't what I wanted.

I really love this rung. I have had it for several weeks now. There has been no shedding. There was never an odor. I needed a rug to coordinate with a patterned couch. This is perfect, and so pretty! I was afraid that my cat would scratch the rug if it felt too much like a scratching post. This has not been a problem at all. The rug is soft, not scratchy.

Rug is nice, however it's been down on my dining room floor with a rug pad underneath and one else still curls up. I've put books on top and hopefully it will eventually lay flat. It took a couple of days and books around the whole perimeter of rug to finally get most of the sides to lay flat.

I bought this rug over two years ago. I use it under my dining table. We have 3 kids, so it sees a lot of action. It has worn great. After 1 1/2 years, I flipped it upside down so the back side would get some use. I just use a floor attachment on my vacuum to clean it. The times when something liquid has spilled (too often!), I mop it up with a towel. I don't seem to have any problems with it. I purchased a gripper pad underneath so it wouldn't shift on our wooden floors. Great value for this item!
