Hand-woven Bliss Grey Shag Rug (5' x 8')

I am very disappointed in this rug. It looks good and feels very soft. However the shedding problem has never calmed down. I wanted a rug to protect my new floor and so that my grandchildren would have something soft to play on when they came over. However, when they lay on it, they get up and their clothing is absolutely covered with hair! I have vacuumed numerous times, but to no avail. I continue to see fuzz all over my house. It is even starting to wear out the other carpet in the house from getting tracked into it. I would not buy again or recommend!

This is a fantastic rug! We purchased it for our baby's nursery. We have had no trouble with the rug shedding (this is something other reviewers have mentioned). We have vacuumed it a few times without trouble as well. It is a gorgeous rug. The gray color is perfect for our nursery, and it is incredibly soft. Our 3-year-old loves to read books and lounge around on it; it's that cozy! Definitely recommended!

Great, very soft shaggy rug but the color is way more purple than gray. It still fits with our grey-blue walls and teal furniture, but if you're expecting it to be a more neutral gray, you'll be disappointed. It's most definitely bluish-purple gray.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Great, inexpensive rug. No bald spots. Doesn't seem to shed much once you vacuum it initially.
• How accurate was the on site description of the product? Description was spot-on. Definitely use a rug gripper pad with this if you put it on a hardwood floor.

I LOVE this rug! I needed a warm gray for our son's nursery and this rug was exactly that. It is so plush and soft to walk on and I kno whe'll love crawling on it when the time comes. We have gotten compliments from EVERY person who has come over since the purchase. Everyone says " this rug is so soft, I love it" . Definitely would buy again. Others kept complaining about the shedding, but we vaccummed it at asoon as we put it down and we haven't had to since.............that was two weeks ago. I guess it depends on how high-traffic the area is but we have had NO complaints!
