This rug brought a great flair to my den, yet it sheds a great deal. I must vaccum every other day to keep it looking nice. It did have a foul odor upon arrival, but faded fast. Otherwise, the rug is of great quality and has received several compliments.

Love this rug. I bought it for my daughter's new bedroom. It arrived today and we just unpacked it. There is no lingering odor. The pattern is fabulous. The quality and texture is excellent - very soft to the touch. Glad this one worked out since another Flokati rug is going back. Thi one however is worth the money.

Amazingly fast delivery. Ordered the rug on Wednesday and it was delivered on Saturday. Rug is absolutely beautiful!!! A little bit stinky like the other posted reviews have mentioned, but this is to be expected with a new rug. I have not had the shedding problems like some other people have experienced. This was my first order with Overstock but I will definitely be shopping with them again and have referred them to all of my friends!!

this rug looks nice for a minute but then it sheds so much. we sweep it every other day and have had it for months and it's still shedding plus the chemical smell lingers-def woudn't purchase again or recommend

I get so many compliments on this rug. It looks great. It does fuzz up a lot, so you do need to vacuum it frequently. I imagine this will decrease as time goes on. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Very fast delivery and pleased with how deep and plush it was. Very dramatic and made a great addition to my room. The white does shed a litte and get into the black, but vaccumming is diminishing this effect. With so much white I probably wouldn't place this rug in a high-traffic area.

I was extremely pleased with this area rug. It arrived in perfect condition 3 days after I ordered it. It did have a very strong chemical smell when it was unrolled, but was gone by the next day. As others have commented, it does shed, but most rugs do. I bought this for my daugher's bedroom redo and she is absolutely in love with it. We are completely satisfied with your service. Thank you.

The rug was delivered promptly and we were very pleased with the price, appearance and quality. It looks just like the one in the picture. The rug has a strong chemical smell that we hope goes away over time. It also is shedding quite a bit of fuzz, which I hope will go away with future vacuuming. We also ordered the recommended rug pad. The rug pad was 2 - 3 inches wider than the rug, although they were supposed to be the same size, so one of the measurements is not accurate. It was very difficult to cut the rug pad to fit the rug, because the fibers of the pad kept getting stuck in the scissors. All of these negatives are minor complaints, though. The rug is really a very nice value. I had been looking for many months to find a reasonably priced rug that actually looked nice and was of good quality for our teen hang-out room in the basement. The kids think is looks cool and I am glad that it did not have a four digit price tag.

I am more than happy with the rug. I was so excited to find it at a reasonable price and was pleasantly surprised with the expedience of the delivery and the quality of the rug. Other reviews warned of shedding and a certain smell but let me tell you, those issues are overshadowed by the beauty and warmth this rug brings to my home office/sitting room. It truly is beautiful -- it's a WOW!

This rug smells AWFUL. It is absolutely gorgeous, but I just don't know what to do about the foul smell that accompanies it! I may have to return it if I can't firgure out a solution. It is currently airing out in the garage after stinking up the basement AND first floor of our house. There is no way it's going into my toddler's room right now.

WOW! As soon as this rug arrived and I unpacked it I text messaged everyone of my girlfriends RAVING about this rug and Overstock! Plush, outstanding quality (and I buy alot of rugs), excellent value and looks FABULOUS in my breakfast room! Cannot say enough about this rug. Unlike other shoppers, there is no 'chemical' smell associated with this rug. If it were any more perfect I would think I had died and gone to heaven!!!!

I bought the largest size - 8'6" x 13' and it is fabulous. It's under a wenge color craftsman style dining table and chairs, with sage walls, natural oak floors and a big picture window. It really brightens the room, looks bold and fresh and livens up a fairly traditional Colonial dining room. It does have a rank smell when it first arrives, this dissipates fully in a day or two. The white is very close to pure white. It looks contemporary and graphic, which was what we were after. In fact, I was looking at this a few months ago, it disappeared and I kept checking back and jumped on it when it resurfaced. It's a phenomenal deal and seems to be very good quality.

I love this rug. It 's glassy and contemporary and has really personalized my living room. The only thing I was slightly disappointed in is that there were some grayish-black spots on a couple of the white areas. That is why I rated the appearance 4 out of 5 stars. But thankfully I was able to remove the stains with rug cleaner. The price was great and it arrived in record time. I really do love this rug. It has turned a very nice room into something truly dramatic.

When I unrolled the rug and saw the quality and workmanship I was pleasantly surprised. I had read the other reviews, but didn't expect it to be that gorgeous. Price is unbeatable.
