I've had this rug for about 9 months now. It is very attractive and high quality. It looks great in my house. I still get a lot of pile/fuzz in my vaccuum but it doesn't really bother me. Very happy with this purchase.

Not a good rug for dogs. I had to vacumn every day, sometimes twice a day. When I first got married I had dark brown carpet and said I would never have it again. What was I thinking??? The rug is already gone. It was thick and comfy just not a good fit for me.

I am very pleased with this rug. It is more of a chocolate brown than shown in the picture, but it is well made, is not shedding,and has adequate thickness. When the package is first opened it has a strong non-pleasant odor, but I vacummed it and the odor is completely gone. I would recommend this if your decorating style is contemporary and you dont want a rug that over powers the room, but is a nice accent piece.

Love the rug, except the other reviewers are correct, there are more strips than what the picture shows. That's the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. Good quality and very little smell for a wool rug. The last wool run that we paid over $500 for had the typical wool rug smell for a while, this one doesn't. Surprisingly thicker than what I expected for the price I paid.

As others have stated, this rug has 11 stripes (not 6 as pictured), but I think it shows better with the added amount. This rug is thick and heavy-duty, and goes great with chocolate/brown furniture. I am very satisfied with the value, as comparable rugs at mega-stores are twice this price.

I purchased this rug for a large kitchen area. I looked extensively for a design value and this was such a wonderful value and great quality. I have had the rug down for several months now. In the first few weeks I experienced the shedding when vaccuming, as others desribed. However, this has stopped. I did not experience any oder at all. Delivery was so quick. Great under foot, perfect contemporary design and best value. Thanks Overstock.

Love the rug! We had just bought new living room furniture and was looking for a good wool rug. It matches wonderfully. The rug is very soft and has great rich color. My only gripes would be that it does have 11 of the stripes and although it is busier than we thought, it still looks very nice. It also sheds a good bit. We have had it almost two weeks and I have vacuumed every day to try to get all the fuzz out. It is getting better, but be prepared to vacuum alot! Still a great rug for the price though. I would definately order from overstock again.

When I got this rug, my eyes burned from the chemicals used on it. It looked beautiful, good quality, so I thought the smell/chemicals would dissipate over time...........IT NEVER DID. When upon entering the small bedroom it was used in, ( a guest bedroom that I slept in maybe 4 times a year, for just one night) my eyes would burn the moment I walked into the room! I finally returned it, since I could not tolerate what it was made with. Shame because it look terriffic.

I ordered this rug because I loved its clean and modern design and I am impressed with the reviews the other customers gave. However, I found out the design of the 8'x10.5' rug I received is totally different from what I saw from the web. It has a total of 11 stripes together rather than 6 stripes, which make the carpet look a lot busier than it looks from the picture showed on the web. I suspect the picture showed on the web is taken from a much smaller size rug of this design. I did not like the busy stripy look and I decided to return it even I am totally happy with the rug's quality and the color. I 'd suggest Overstock.com to replace the existing picture with a picture actually taken from a 8'x 10.5' rug of this design. However, I am happy with their customer service as they agreed to give me a full refund and return the item at no shipping charge. Hope this review helps.

We received the rug in a very short period of time. It was just as it appeared on the website, colors were true to the picture. Since it's a wool rug I had expected it to "shed", but that turned out to not be a big issue with this rug (it sheds when you vacuum, but not just from walking on it). I priced wool rugs in stores, and for the money this rug was of a very good quality. I would not hesitate to purchase from Overstock.com for large items in the future.

This rug is striking in it look and feel. When you walk on it you get the feeling of luxury. The simple design plays a huge part in its appeal.

Quality rug at amazing price, arrived in days, looks identical to photo, will need to vacuum shedding but not as bad as I thought, I would buy a rug from overstock again and again

First time we have purchased a rug from this site and were a bit apprehensive re: colors, quality etc. Delivery was less than a week and arrived by FedEx - very happy with that. Color is stunning rich deep brown and clear cut cream lines. Pile is thick and a quality product. I assume and am not concerned it will probably shed somewhat for a while - small inconvenience when getting natural wool that my kids will play on. Real stunner and a steal when compared to what we could get alternatively in retail stores.
