My favorite rug to date and I have ordered so many rugs from Overstock.com. I have received so many compliments on this rug and people cannot believe what I spent on it. There is a little pile at first but after the first vacuum, it is awesome! You will NOT be disappointed with this purchase. I even bought the matching runner.

I am very pleased with this rug. I looked in numerous local stores for area rugs for a new home graphic design studio, but the prices were just ridiculous. I was hesitant to order online without being able to inspect the color, quality and “feel” of the rug. However, I have ordered several other items from Overstock in the past and always been pleased with the quality and customer service, so I decided to take the plunge. Wow, I am so happy I did! The rug is better than expected - soft, plush and gorgeous. Quick delivery, arrived in perfect condition, no odors or other problems. On my monitor the primary background color looked a dull brown almost charcoal, but it is actually a rich chocolate brown. The pattern is unexpectedly lovely as well – the ovals are not exactly symmetrical in shape but a little irregular giving an organic effect like stones set into a walkway. Another thing that’s hard to tell from the photo - some of the ovals feature a mélange effect. The oat color has some warm-grey yarns throughout, the beige some olive, the copper some light brown, etc. It’s subtle but lovely and gives the rug more depth and a textural quality. I would describe the overall effect as classic with kind of a 1940’s vibe, slightly masculine and tailored. It’s just perfect for my home studio space and I couldn’t be more pleased. The great price allowed me to get a larger size than I would have otherwise been able to afford, and the large rug adds presence and really grounds the room. My furniture is antique cherry, the walls are a subtle peach flesh, the curtains are copper silk, and the rug fits in perfectly. Hope this helps!

I absolutely love this rug. I was eyeing it for a while and then saw it at Plummers (5X8 size was 50% more expensive than Overstock price for 9X11 rug!!!). Once I saw it I immediately ordered from Overstock and have been in love ever since. The colors are gorgeous and the pattern is just right - contemporary and not too busy, but busy enough to handle eventual stains. The quality is excellent - definitely recommend it.

I just got the rug and unrolled it yesterday. VERY PLEASED! The colors are rich, the texture is plush and soft, and it looks even nicer than the picture. The edges are still curling up a little, but I expect they will flatten down after a day or two. I haven't vacuumed the carpet yet, but have not noticed any shedding. It looks great in our living room.

This rug is perfect. Actually I was looking for square rug, but I decided to buy this one and cut for two pieces. I like that rug - as well is decorative and very ogriginal, as well as simple one - very good looking and veeery good quality.

First, the deal from overstock was great. Then we received the rug and rolled it out. What a big difference it made in the room. The color shown in the picture is accurate. I'm not as nervous about my kids messing up this rug because of the style and color. Everyone that has seen it is impressed. If you like how it looks, go for it.

Wow! This rug is beautiful. The colors are true, it shipped in a few days and the quality is great. The design is a little busy, but it works in our den because all other furnishings and window coverings are a solid. We really like it and recommend it highly.
