My rug arrived today and it fits my space perfectly. It looks darker than pictured and the pattern is larger than I imagined. I'm happy with the rug. The product itself is great. However, I did not receive the free rug pad that was promised. When I called to inquire, I was told that it was out of stock. I wonder why I have to track this error down and why Overstock could not notify me and say that I'll be receiving one as soon as it becomes available.
