Elegant

After receiving the 8x11 rug , I was delighted that the other reviews were so spot on. Great quality for the price! Thick dense pile, imbued with rich vibrant colors. I have received many compliments on this rug . I highly recommend it. Be advised this is a busy pattern & makes a bold statement, hence it could potentially compete with other patterns in a room.

I love this rug! The colors are beautiful and it really is thick and wonderful! The bold floral design works great in my eclectic living room.

Very Satisfied

Prompt delivery and the rug looks great. Happy with the quality. A few other reviewers mentioned a discrepancy with the color shown on the site vs the colors in the actual item. I found that this has to do with monitor settings. I viewed the rug on two separate computers - a laptop and desktop. The colors appeared different on each computer. Also, regarding other's remarks about the shedding - it does shed, but not as bad as I expected. I had another wool rug that shed much more. After you use it awhile the shedding diminishes. I guess you have to work out the loose wool fibers.

This is a gorgeous rug.

Beautiful rug with vibrant but not garish colours. It looks wonderful in the Master bedroom of our log house. The pattern in the rug is similar to Pennslyvania Dutch designs or Colonial stencilling and the colours look wonderful with the wood and deep crimson walls in the room. It is very thick and feels great underfoot and both my husband and I think it is a VERY good deal for the money. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a tastefullyl colorful focal point in their room. We are very pleased.

Great rug at an honest price. Colours are beautiful and can blend well with diverse decors.Its a beautifully made wool rug. I assume the cotton on the label refers to the sturdy cloth backing on the back of the rug .Would definately recommend .

The red had a perfect pop for me.

I was worried that the reds would be red enough for my room with red accents. I didn't want rust! They are perfect and go well with my "Keep Calm, Carry On" picture...that color of red. This rug would also work well in a room with buttery yellow/gold or sage accents. Great warm colors to work with and bring out of it.

not exactly as pictured.

In spite of the fact that the rug doesn't really look like the picture, the colors are accurate and the quality is excellent. Turns out we changed sofa's and the rug we got matches better after all. Delivery was really fast although they just left the rug outside the door even though I was home to receive it. For the price it's great. Plus I would have no idea how to return it!

How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Just got this rug and at first I thought they sent me the wrong rug. There is way more black space between the flowers, it doesn't look like the picture at all. The colors are true to the picture it's just way more black than I had hoped.

Please tell us about the quality of the product. It's a great quality rug. Very comfortable to walk on and lay on.

How accurate was the on site description of the product? The picture doesn't display the 8 x 11 accurately. It's like they smushed the pattern and it's really much more spread out, not as busy of a pattern as it shows.

Great value for a wool rug

This is a beautiful rug! the colors are rich and striking. It is mainly rusts, golds,sage green, and a little red on the black background. The edge is gold, not tan. I am using this under a glass dining room table and the colors show beautifully. This is a wool rug - wool rugs shed for a long time, so if that bothers you, buy another fiber I think its a great value for a wool rug which usually would cost much more.

How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Color is true to photo, but more rusts than red in it.

Beautiful but Sheds

It is beautiful and for the most part high quality. Mine just had a large flaw where the wool was missing. I was able to turn it so that it was under a table leg. I have purchased several rugs and this was the first that after over two month, is still shedding profusely. I am dissappointed but I will purchase more rugs from Overstock. The others I have purchased were amazing. This was just a second or something. The thing with rugs are that they are too exprnsive to return.

How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Very good

Please tell us about the quality of the product. Sheds profusely and has a section about 6" x 2 - 3" that is bare, no wool just jute.

How accurate was the on site description of the product? It is beautiful, thre colors are beautiful, but, I think that I just got an irregular and this has never happened with OVerstock before.
