Colors on internet do NOT represent rug. Rug is NOT a true red, but a wine/burgundy with a TINY rust undertone that has sage, mauve, forest green, dark khaki/brownish, & other color detailing. Rug detail is much larger than appears on internet picture (to give you a reference scale, the khaki border is over 12" tall & has 2" sage border). Detailing is flowers/vines less medallion, which I could not tell on the internet photo. Flowers are about 3-4" or so in "diameter". Other than the color the rug is plush, nice to walk on barefoot, good rug for the price, nice size, piling the first day of use (but expected from a wool rug). DO NOT buy if you need a rug to go with true red decor. DO buy if you do not care about the color. See reviews and image for same rug, smaller size (8x10 range). I will have to change my decor a bit to make this one work, but will make it work.
