This rug is beautiful. We just got it in the mail today and set it out. Already its starting to lose that curled edge look and i'm sure with the heavy books resting on the edges overnight it should look great by morning. Its exactly as described and I was actually surprised that Its thicker than i'd originally thought. Very soft and plush to the touch. I have another wool rug and its a lot more coarse, this rug is very silky. Since I've only had it one day, i plan to update this review if anything bad happens, My dog started running across it playfully (she's really missed having a rug in our all wood floor house). After about two hours of her running across it with her long nails I can't even detect any shedding or loose ends coming up. The color is very similar to the picture, but perhaphs just a little bit lighter. Theres more dark tans than browns. Almost a dark red-dirt color in places, but the overall effect is like a light caramel. Its very lovely and looks great with wood floors! I hope everyone loves this rug as much as we do!

This rug is just beautiful! Colors are maybe a little bit more subdued that the photo, but are just great -- it really brightened and lightened my whole room with the pops of color and cheery tan background.When I unrolled it, it smelled slightly like fish food (weird, I know), but it doesn't smell at all anymore. By the following day, the edges had uncurled as well.It is also super soft wool and feels great under my feet. I vacuumed it when I first laid it down and quite a bit of fuzz came off, but it doesn't look any the worse. The cat also decided to use it like a scratching post and some more fuzz came off, but it vacuumed right away.All in all, this is a lovely rug!
