The rug looks great, but as other reviewers state, it is shedding like crazy. One vacuum over the rug, and the bagless vacuum container is overfilled with fuzz. This has happened several times already. I am hoping that this will stop as we have it for a longer time. Also, there are a few places on the gold where some of the pieces of yarn stick up above the nap. I will be trimming these down. All in all, it looks nice and the price was good. We're hoping it will wear well over time.

The rug is a great fit for our living room. We got rave reviews from friends. It is thick and the color is exactly as pictured. The only reason I am not going to give it an "excellent" is because it sheds like crazy! There is a notice attached to it that it will shed for the first month or so because it is new and the loose fibers still need to shed. It's only been a couple of weeks so I am hoping that as time goes, it will stop. Other than that, i would recommend it.

Wow I love this rug and so does everyone who sees it. I actually saw the rug in another home and asked where she had purchased it. I was told Overstock.com and that evening was on-line looking but wouldn't make the purchase until we secured a home we were trying to buy. The day we closed on our new house I was on-line and bought it. The rug arrived in just a few days and I couldn't wait to roll it out. It adds color to the room, it's a good quality rug, and it's something you won't see in just any department store. I couldn't be happier with my purchase

I purchased this rug about 3 weeks ago. Arrived approx. 9 days later. It was well wrapped for the cross-country transit. It is a wonderful quality, thick wool carpet. Colors are vibrant but not overpowering. No matter it gives a terrific contrast & blends well against my Pecan floor and grey stone fireplace. This is a quality rug and the money was well-spent on its purchase. It should provide many, many useful years of service. It doesn't shed and it has no smell. I recommend this rug enthusiastically.

I wasn't sure it would look as elegant as it does but liked the idea of purchasing a rug at a great price too. All my friends and family could not believe the way ti changed the look of my entire living room. I am so tempted to purchase another one for my bedroom as well. Thanks Overstock
beware, this rug looks great and worked for me but it sheds like nothing I've ever seen! Get the vacuum bags ready!
I'm redecorating my bonus room and using burnt orange as an accent color, so this rug was perfect! It looks even better than the pictures online. I love the deep colors and the TEXTURE of the rug. Love it, love it, love it!
