Attractive rug, but apparently poor quality.
This is a very attractive rug, and visually, it's what we were looking for for our living room. The rug arrived with a broken tube and had some creases that are just now coming out of it (despite ironing the rug with a sheet as a buffer when we first rolled it out). Worse, though, was the shedding. The rug heavily shed at the beginning, just from normal daily traffic, and continues to shed under normal use (feet dangling from couch, light walking) two months later. The same day as vacuuming, new piles of shed wool form on the surface of the rug. Perhaps I don't have a strong enough vacuum, and perhaps the shedding will eventually stop, but I really shouldn't have to buy an expensive vacuum just to be able to enjoy a rug. The rug seemed reasonably priced -- not too cheap, not too expensive -- but the quality doesn't come close to matching that price. If returning the rug were simpler, I would have done it a long time ago. But it's just not that convenient to repackage and return an 8x11 rug. This will be the last time I order a rug this way.

- How is the quality of the product? Pretty poor quality. The rug is still heavily shedding from normal traffic, even 2 months after receipt.

Love the Rug but......
This rug is nice in quality, EXCEPT for when my husband exercises on it...it sheds and we have to vacuum often. Other than that small flaw, I love the colors and the softness of the rug. Thanks overstock.com.

If you want to deal with a shedding rug that sheds more than a dog, then buy it. This rug arrive the last week and my husband has vaccumed it 10 times already filling up half of a 13 gallon trash bag. I wish I'd listen to the previous reviews. I am ready to pack this one up and send back already. There seem to be no ending to the constant shedding.

Great color, but some imperfections
I was a bit annoyed that this rug had imperfections in it. There are places where the stitching doesn't match up which made some areas overlap with the wrong color. It isn't extremely obvious, it is little details that I can see when I look at the rug. There are mistakes made in it. Maybe this is why the price was so good, but it would have been nice to know this rug is an "as is" product. Otherwise, it is a nice rug and looks great in our new livingroom.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality is OK. There were imperfections in the rug which made me feel like we bought an "as is" product. This was disappointing because I was under the impression that this rug was not discounted because of imperfections. I wish the rug was a bit more thick, but it works.

very nice rug
I really like this rug. It is nice and soft. Feels wonderful on bare feet. Is shedding a small amount but nothing unreasonable. I paired it with a rug pad. Have not seen comparable rugs for the same price in stores.
