beautiful rug, falls apart
This rug was beautiful! The colors were great and it was much more plush than i thought it would be. However, the pile yarns started coming out immediately after we bought this. I would pull out handfuls of yarns that were al ready falling out... this thinned the rug out very quickly. I know all rugs "shed" at first when you get them. Not only did this shed fibers forever but the yarns were all over our house. Its like they didn't back the rug correctly. It also left this weird dusty powder all over our floor. On looks alone, this rug would have gotten 5 stars but unfortunately not on quality. We moved this spring and this one went to the trash after only a few months of owning it. Not worth your $$$

Nice
This rug is nice! However, I would agree with the other reviews. Its definately more of a blue and gold. It still works. I just need to purchase different pillows for my chairs.

Color not good
The quality of the rug is really nice. The gold decoration pictured is actually an olive green shade, and the background is more of a country blue rather than a sky blue/gray....Yuck! It is too much of a pain to repackage and send back so I am keeping it. I have to use it in a bedroom rather than the main entrance.

Very good
It was definitely more blueish and goldish than the picture looked, but it still works for our color scheme, thankfully. The cat has been going to town on it, and it does lose its pieces, but it still looks intact once I brush them away. I'd recommend it - it was a great buy and I like the fact that it's wool and therefore a natural material.
