nonstop shedding
I am writing this review after over 6 months of having this rug in my living room. While the colors are just a bit more drab / yellowish than pictured, I was still very happy with my purchase - the rug feels nice to walk on. It started shedding right away, which is normal for a new rug. However, this rug NEVER STOP SHEDDING. There were huge clumps of white fuzz all over my house after a few days. I bought a new vacuum cleaner just to deal with it - a full heavy duty vacuuming would last less than 24 hours before I'd start to see new clumps of white fuzz. The rug seems almost defective, given that after 6 months of normal wear and tear, it was still shedding just as much as week one. Do not buy this rug.

misleading photo
This rug looks so pretty and cheerful online, but when it showed up at my house I thought it looked terrible! The colors on my computer looked bright and cheerful, but in reality the orange is a rust color, it's a dark murky pink, dull murky blue and green. The outlines of the pattern itself didn't look as smooth and clear as I thought it would either. I was so disappointed! The rug was nice and soft and felt good. After I got it, I happened to see it used on an episode of Color Splash and I didn't like it there either - if only I'd seen that episode before ordering! Overstock was great about the return though!

Great living room rug!
The rug is beautiful, just what I imagined it would be based on the picture. We have an ivory leather sofa set in the living room, and the rug compliments the set and gives the room a pop of color. Just like some of the other reviewers, I also found this rug on another site (****) for ****, so getting it for about *** (I had a 10% off coupon) was a real steal!

Very Cute Playroom Rug
Wool pile is nice and thick. No aroma coming from rug! The 7'9" size fits well in a variety of locations, particularly in our lengthy basement playroom. The orange is a dusky color, as others have noted, so keep that in mind if ordering. The blue/green are vibrant and pretty. The rug is more of a cream color than the white shown in the picture, which gives the overall tone of it a more muted look. Despite being fairly toned down, it still really works and is a super fun playroom rug with some cool touches. I particularly like the little black/white spirals and dots throughout the rug, which makes this a neat piece for anyone who has black/white accents in the room they're placing it in. I would have preferred to pay >$200 for this rug, but I'm happy with the purchase. My husband and son both love it for our new playroom and I think it'll hold up well to traffic because of all the colors and patterns. Recommended.

A work of art! Love this unique, fun rug!
I loved this rug the minute I saw it online. I have a charcoal gray sectional, a green chair and gray walls. This rug brought all of the furniture in my room together brilliantly! It is like looking a work of art on the floor. I was worried about the light background. I have 3 children (11,9 and 2) and they are not accustom to taking their shoes off. Due to the busy pattern in the rug the it does not overtly show the dirt!!!! I cannot tell you how many compliments I have gotten. It is surprisingly unique, cheerful, fun and just what I was looking for to fit into a very eclectic style. I am a huge fan of Anthropologie style and this rug fits the bill! You will not be disappointed if your style is what I described. Not for the conservative type! Buy the way... a large glass of red wine got spilled on it within weeks of having it...I used warm water, dishsoap, and oxyclean immediately after it occured and it can right out! Yippee!

Makes the room
Love this rug! I was nervous that the pattern would be too "loud" for a study, and the colors are vibrant, but definitely not too much. The carpet appears to be goo quality -- the edges are finished well, and I'm not noticing shedding. Time will tell how it wears, but I think the pattern will be very forgiving.

I only like to buy wool rugs, this one is so gorgeous, the colors are very vibrant, and everyone who steps foot into my house compliments it right away. I'm into Anthropologie style, and this rug is it! For the price, it's well worth it!

Amazing
I ordered this rug for my 2 year old room, she needed a rug and when I saw this, I thought it would look fun and complete her room. This rug is beyond anything i could've imagined. I minute we put it down, we all wanted to sit and hang out on it. Our little one LOVED it and pointed out the flowers, etc. It really brings the room together and makes us smile when we walk in there.
