This was not the deep color I expected. Depending on the time of day it looked more dusty rose than red and the orange was not as deep colored as I wanted. It could be right for the right room but it was not what I was looking for. FYI I was looking for more orange and went off of the first lady's comments that it was more orange but I think she was talking about the base color. the accent is orange but the base color is more lightish red-orange... hope this helps!

The rug is beautiful and I saw it at another site for $1,100.00. My only advice is that it is more orange than red. I went back and forth for several weeks before I ordered the rug to see if I could see some review of the color. I finally just made the plunge. The rug is beautiful, but not the deep red that I was hoping for. Since I was matching nothing it was not critical. It is definately a beautiful rug and well worth the price.
