This rug has every color that you could possibly use in a room. We put it over a slate floor and it has the softest colors that just go with just about anything. Is it a "fine" oriental rug? NO, but it is a very pretty wool rug that is a reasonable price that you don't go broke buying.

I am very pleased with this beautiful area rug. This was not my first purchase of an area rug from Overstock. I had actually ordered one a few weeks earlier and I loved that rug. Because the price, delivery and ease of my earlier purchase, I was determined to fine the perfect area rug for my living/sitting room. I found everything I wanted with this rug. The colors are great and the design is contemporary/traditional. I love it!

I am very happy with the rug itself, however the colors don;t look anything like what is represented on the picture. I had read that from some other reviews, but everyone of them seemed happy with the rug so I ordered it anyway. I am still trying to get used to it, but I had something else in mind. It is nice and thick and looks to be a nice quality rug. I am hoping that once I get some furniture in the room I will warm up to it.

The trim is burgundy, not brown as in the picture. It gives the room nice oriental feeling, matches my furniture and I am very happy with the purchase. This rug is ment to be in my living room. Excellent quality for a great price.

As noted, the colors are accurate in the text description and brighter than in the picture, it makes for a traditional but colorful rug. The border is a rich burgundy, the rug is a good thickness. Size was exactly as specified, we put the "Durable Hard Surface and Carpet Rug Pad 8'x11'" and its a very soft feel. Would definitely get another rug from Overstock, this arrived in just a few days and was well packaged.

WOW! I recently received this rug and I am totally happy with it. The rug is beautiful, plush, well made and looks great on my brick floor. I've been looking at rugs locally for several months and could not find one of this quality for such a reasonable price. This is the second area rug I purchase from Overstock and both times I have been very pleased. Thanks Overstock.com!!

As mentioned by other reviewers, the colors shown on the screen do not represent the colors of the rug. I made my decision to purchase with the colors mentioned by other reviewers. They were dead on with their descriptions. I love the Rug! It looks fantastic and the quality is superb. I bought two smaller ones to match the larger one. There are slight color variations across the three rugs if you examine them closely (within the patterns), but these differences are minimal.If you need this type of rug, this one is great (as endorsed by my purchase of two smaller rugs) through Overstock.com.

This is truly an excellent quality rug for the price. Thick pile and rich colors. I've had the rug for several months now and though it did shed a bit on the first times it was vacuumed, it is holding up well.One caveat: the overall hue of the colors in the picture shown is deceiving. The rug colors are NOT as warm hued as shown. If you're looking for that warm golden-brown tone you might be disappointed. Fortunately, the actual colors look great with the clay and mocha-sand walls I have in my dining room so I'm very pleased.

I ordered this rug with much hesitation on Friday. It was delivered on Wed.!! The picture does this rug no justice. This is a beauiful rug. The colors and quality are outstanding. Well worth the money. I like it so well I will be ordering a few addiitional peices. If anyone is giving any thought in ordering you can not go wrong. I am very pleased with the purchase!!!!

Oh my gosh! What a treasure of a rug!! This rug arrived within 3 days after ordering, and was left on my back porch as directed. It was huge, and weighed in at 78 pounds, so I knew I would be wrestling it into my house. Very well packaged, absolutely protected from anything that might harm it. Including me. I got it into my house and promptly spilled plant water on the wrapped rug. It took me about an hour to get it unwrapped due to the warnings on the packaging to not cut along the length of the wrappings. I finally figured out how to get it out of the wrapping, and it eventually did slide out. Get a helper to move it anywhere while wrapped. It is indeed a lovely rug, and just the size and colors I had hoped for to accentuate chocolate brown leather furniture in a very bright room. Deep burgundy border, & the pattern includes sage green, maize, tan/beige, smoky and navy blues; excellent quality wool rug.

I hemmed and hawed about buying this rug for a while, but I finally bought it, and I'm glad I did. Other reviewers are right that the colors are really quite different from the image, but the rug is still very attractive. To my eye, the dominant colors are burgundy, rose, sage green, royal blue, and ivory. Overall I am pleased.

I really love this rug, it arrived on my door step 2 days after i ordered it. As others have noted the colors brighten each time it is vaccuumed, there are no strange odors that come from it, and it seems to resist spills pretty well, (i've already had 1). My kids love it, i can't get them off of it. It also seems to soften with time. I'll definitely plan on checking Overstock first for anything i need. Quality+ price on this made for an awsome deal. This rug is huge and beautiful.

We absolutely love this rug! The colors are wonderful -- very rich and they complement our dark wood floors well. We have a pine-colored sectional and a wooden trunk on top of the rug, and it looks great together. We highly recommend this product to others.

This rug is really thick and the colors are vibrant. It looks and feels expensive. We put the premium hard surface and carpet rug pad underneath which made it even cushier (but it didn't need it). As noted in previous reviews, the colors appear muted in the picture but are very rich and vibrant in person. The border is maroon/dark red and the beige squares are actually green. It looks great with our beige/taupe couches and black end tables. It does shed a little bit, but that's normal for a wool rug.

This rug is very beautiful, and the quality is really excellent particularly given the low price. It has very detailed and intricate designs in beautiful colors, BUT the colors are really not true to the picture. The border, as another reviewer states, is a deep bordeaux red, and the colors in the rug range from pinkish peach to jewel aquamarine blue to rich maize. As others have stated, the rug is really pretty, but it does not have the antiqued brown look AT ALL that you might expect from the picture.Delivery was very fast and it came nicely packaged. There has been a fair amount of shedding, but only to the same extent that I have seen with other wool rugs I have purchased in the past.Overall, I definitely recommend it.

Picture doesn't do this product justice. this is a really great looking rug! thick pile and " rich" colors. Looks terrific on my hardwood floors. Quick shipping a plus! I'm always pleased with the products I've purchased at Overstock.

Great price for the quality and size. PC screens don't always display true colors so to me it looks more muted than the photo and not as golden, as commented in previous reviews (Thanks so much for the into!) but it has so many colors and it's very eclectic so it really goes with anything. On my PC, it looked like there was lots of white in there, in fact, it's a light taupe/gray, which is great if you have dogs, kids, etc. Vacuuming did make the colors brighter. Hubby says it makes it a whole new room! It's rich-looking, interesting and beautiful. Love it.

The rug is beautiful. This is my first order with "O" and the process was easy and the delivery even better. The colors are rich and the rug is plush and very well made. The picture did not do it justice!

I am satisfied with my new rug. Rich in colors and patterns, it decorated my living room and made it very classy. The colors are a little different than we saw in the pictures but not much and not nesserely worse, just different. It is still shedding but much less than in the beginning and the colors become brighter after vacuuming.

This rug is gorgeous! However the photograph and my print out made the rug appear to be on the shabby chic side with more muted colors, so I expected more earth tones in this rug based on the photograph. The border trim is a lovely shade of burgundy red, very rich, that ties together the jewel tones, which are vibrant. The pattern is beautiful and I am very happy with my purchase but if you do not want/like this shade of red, be warned as this is a dominant color.
