After searching for a tan, carved rug, we thought we had found the perfect one. Unfortunately, the color description is nowhere close to correct. This rug is two shades of dark gray - VERY gray. The only remotely beige part is the backing. Now we have to return and although we carefully preserved the packaging by opening only one end, the refunded price will be reduced since it is considered "opened" merchandise (see return policy for rugs). How is someone suppose to check color, etc. without pulling the rug out of the plastic? Being oversized, shipping it back is going to add cost. Will be lucky if we're no more than $XXX in the hole. Lesson learned.
