Dissappointed....
The wrong item was delivered. It was very inconvenient to have to ship a rug back myself. There is no easy way to wrap a rug. I understand mistakes happen, but the worse part of it was it took 30 DAYS to receive my refund AFTER the item was received by the company. Also, it was only AFTER I contacted customer service and complained that the refund was ever processed. EXTREMELY disappointed with the level of attention to detail and customer service

I have received many compliments on this rug. It's in a high traffic area (living room), so logically the cream/white gets dirty. I've used standard rug cleaner on it without a problem, but I am sure another year of this rug and it will need to be replaced. I would probably buy another of these rugs to replace it because I love the look of it so much and it is so unique. One note, it is thinner than I expected (thus only 4 stars instead of 5). I don't really know what the "thread count" is or whatever they listed on this website, I just know it's not as plush as I would have preferred. I bought another rug that is thicker from here (that also falls apart, so that isn't much help) and I would have preferred this rug to be as thick as the other. However, I definitely recommend this rug for just the extra oomph it adds to your room!

Great quality and good price!
This is a great product for a great price. Colors matched, and the rug feels very high quality. I use a rug gripper under mine but I don't even think that would be necessary.
