Hand-spun Tribal Ivory Wool Rug (6' x 9')

I held off on ordering this rug because I was afraid it would be too busy against another rug in an adjoining room. While the colors aren't exactly muted, they don't shout at you either, so it's working out well. I was delighted to see that the overall tone is more of a camel color than yellow/gold. Because the red is a deep, rusty cranberry it blends with many shades of red. It's shedding just a little, but I expect it to quit soon. Overstock's shipping time and fees are excellent. Shipping took a little longer for me, since the rug came from the East Coast and I'm far NW. Not a problem for me.

This purchase exceeded my expectations. It is a beautiful rug and very well made. The colors were pretty true to what they seemed on my computer, but more muted. I was really hoping the rug wouldn't be too yellow and it wasn't. I'm glad I made this purchase and told my sister to buy one too. Excellent value!

I had read all the reviews regarding this area rug and I was very comfortable that the color and quality would be satisfactory. And it was MORE than satisfactory! I am using 6x9 size in our sunroom/sittng room and it looks great. I am very happy with the service from OS as well and have already ordered something else.

The quality and workmanship on this rug is outstanding for the price. The rug is thick and luxurious. It coordinates well with my authentic turkish rugs. There was minimal curling from the packaging; overnight, it was laying flat on the floor. I gave it a 4 on appearance, not because there is anything wrong with it - it is a beautiful rug, however the description and other reviews indicated it had more prominent shades of sage and blue. In fact, my rug is overal a golden/honey shade. The blue is minimal, but provides a nice highlight. The majority of the blue is located in the center and is covered by my dining table. It is a lovely rug overall and I highly recommend it.

I ordered this rug in the 8x10 size. It took about a week to receive it and appeared to be the last one in that size. I am so happy with the workmanship of this rug. It is finished off beautifully and looks to be a very high quality.The colors are much more muted than on my computer screen. I thought the background might be too gold or yellow, but is actually more of a tan. The entire rug colors are on the muted side, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
