I was impressed with the service delivery. The carpet arrived today - 2days after I placed the order. However, I am a little disappointed overall. The carpet does not look at all as it appears online and the carpet measurement was off by 2" in length. On my computer screen it appears gold, but actually the dominant color is green/sage with muted cranberry and a small amount of brown and ivory. The green/sage completely overwhelms the other colors. The lack of vibrant color makes the design almost too understated. The carpet was packaged very well - almost too well - it took two of us (women) to get the plastic off. I didn't want to cut it off for fear of cutting the fiber. I'm on the fence as to whether I will keep it or send it back.
I needed a rug that coordinated with the color schemes of several different rooms. I hesitated to buy this rug because I wasn't sure of the colors. Then I found the same rug on another site (at twice the price!), where someone described the colors as being gold, sage, and red. That was just what I needed to know, and I bought the rug from Overstock. I am glad I did. The rug looks great and coordinates well with all my color schemes.
I was very impressed, first of all, with the speed of the shipment to me. The quality and plushness of the rug was excellent; and the colors were very true to the pictures. I'm already looking at more rugs to buy. Of course the price was incredible! And this was my first time shopping at Overstock!! Now I'm looking at the site every day. Carole

After buying an Overstock.com rug (9X12) for our bedroom, and loving it, I had the confidence to purchase 2 runners for our long hall. The color and design matched the computer image of the rug. Soft beige colors, with the only intensity being the burgundy flowers. Also, a Safavieh brand, as was our bedroom. I didn't know the brand ahead of time, but the design and colors were soft and subtle, just as our bedroom rug was. It's an excellent quality, esp. for the price. Overstock.com delivered very promptly, as usual. We are thoroughly pleased.
