Not a quality piece of furniture
The top and trim pieces are MDF and easily dinged. Either the chest was shipped with a ding on the lower right hand side or it was dinged in the unpacking although I thought I was being careful. I will repair it because it won't hurt the look of the piece as a whole and no one will notice. I am afaid it won't take much to scratch the top so I intend to protect it as best I can. The colors and pattern are really pretty, it's a fun piece and it suits the space perfectly. If you're looking for a quality piece, keep looking.

Nice but Delicate
overstock was great. The first dresser arrived in a mashed box and damaged. The second had some minor damage which I was able to fix so that only I can tell. it is really pretty and unusual. got lots of compliments at a recent party. Drawers are a little sticky.
