I really love the piece, but is more brownish red than the pretty color than was shown on the web. I expected a more red piece but other wise. a nice chest but I am dissapointed with it being more brownish. than red. So if you want red think about it first.
Great peace, but caution the color is more of a deep brownish red instead of a ruby red; and, the hand-painted floral pattern is not as nearly as bright as my computer made it appear. I am still happy with the purchase and it is here to stay in my collection of furniture. I will just purchase draperies to get the red I need in the room.
Nice looking piece. Arrived well-packaged, so there was no transit damage. Looks good in the foyer; it looks just like it appeared in its picture. I really like it.
