I was skeptical about this rug and how it would look in our living room but my wife would have no other. As is usually the case, she was right on the money. Looks great and from all appearances, it will last a very long time. The rug adds an extra dimension to room by bringing out the individuality of the leather furniture we have and adds to richness of the wood stands and tables. I wouldn't trade her or the rug. Both are winners!
I LOVE this rug.......The background color isa muted brick red with light flecks throughout..it doesn't detract from the rug ..kind of gives it a worn cozy look... It is a flat weave so do not expect a plush look..perfect for my family room (complete with dogs!) The greens are sort of olive/tan looks great with the red.. VERY happy with my purchase..arrived folded but easy to lay out..one end curled a tiny bit but laid flat in a few days...
The rug was just as advertised and true to the photo. Delivery was fast and no hick-ups!I had problems at another well known internet retailer trying to get the right rug for our huge dining room.No problems with Overstock !!
