amazing customer service
This rug is so pretty. I agree with previous review that it does look a little warmer on monitor, but still an aqua blue. The rug turned out to be too small so I called Cust. Service and he credited my account for the rewards I used since I was returning it anyway. Not a thick rug, but perfect for my entryway and the looped pile is very pretty and tight.

Beautiful rug, exactly what I was hoping for.
I bought this rug to use in front of the vanity in my bathroom. The colors are beautiful--not too loud, not too pastel. It's just the right thickness for the bathroom without a rug pad. If you were using it in a living room, you might want a bit more cushion from a rug pad. The color blue background is not what I would consider teal--it's more of a light robin's egg blue or a deeper shade of baby blue. I am very happy with this purchase!
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The description calls the color Teal Blue--I think of teal as being a greener blue than the rug actually is. I would say it's a pale robin's egg blue. I would say it closely resembles the photo.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Very high quality. The hand-hooking is nice and tight which should prevent it from being pulled easily.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Very accurate except that I think the background color is a paler blue than it is teal--see comment about color above.

Good rug for the price
Was quite happy witht he accurate description for I needed it to be the shade of blue that was just an accent color and it matched very well.
