Quality not what I expected from Safavieh rugs
The quality of the handhooked weave is very loose not a tight weave at all and actually came with an area where the handhooked yarn was looped out quite a bit. I did not think the backing was great quality either and has what looks like glue stains all over the back. Not the quality I would of expected from this rug company. I did contact customer care and was going to send it back but they worked with me and I decided to keep it. I might get frabic glue to keep that one area down since it is quite a small area where that occurred.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The colors were really accurate.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality was less than what I would of expected from Safavieh which makes really good quality rugs. This one was not really good quality.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? The description is pretty accurate.
