  • Elegant beyond words

    I purchased this rug in the navy color and received it in a few days. I am so amazed by the quality of the rug that I almost thought I got the wrong rug. It is so much nicer in person than in the picture. I love the pattern because it is so classic and simple and yet it can be used in more modern or semi modern settings. It works in most spaces even a kitchen. The navy color is a royal navy color which just screams elegance. I would highly recommend it .

  • Looks great!

    Ordered this rug in khaki for my bedroom. It looks great! Color is as pictured. Love the design detail--it's chic but contemporary. My rug does not shed as much like some of the other reviews have mentioned. Maybe because it's a lighter color? The only shedding I've noticed is on bottom of my shoes. But there isn't any "spill over" of the beige color onto the khaki color. Easy to vacuum. It is made of two different fabrics. The white lines are somewhat raised and slightly softer than the background color. I am definitely happy with the look, feel and style of this rug!

  • Love it

    I spent far too long looking for the perfect "neutral but not too plain" rug for our baby nursery and this was worth the wait. It is nice to sit on and I can imagine playing with her on it. Since our baby is not here yet I can't stay anything about the shedding but we have a dog in the house so shedding is nothing new. The rug did have a weird smell at first but I'm assuming its just from packaging and being a warehouse. It just needs to air out a bit - not a big deal at all. I love this rug.

    nice thick,soft rug. color it as shown. we've had it a couple weeks and it is shedding a little, but i expect that to stop soon. the shedding is why i am giving it 4 stars.

  • Don't waste your money

    I would not reccomend this rug to anyone. If you plan on putting it in a place where it will be walked on and needed to be vaccumed it will look awful in a month. Do not use for den area or anywhere you may actually step on it as it is poor quality. waste of money!

  • Grey is not grey!

    I ordered this rug anticipating a good charcoal gray. The actual rug color is more of a denim or smoky blue. My furniture and pillows were completely thrown off by this color. The color was pretty, but I am not a blue person, especially smoky blues and this rug is just that. I returned the rug and am looking again for something else.

    I purchased the pink one and it is everything I expcted. I am actually thinking about purchasing 2 more for my other daughter's rooms. very nice rug and very nice price plus the shipping was free and it arrived wrapped nicely with no imperfections.

    I love this rug. It's true, it does shed, but most new rugs do. also, the white and navy pile are different heights, but not dramatically. i love this rug. such a great deal and looks very classy.

The pictures online make it look maybe a little ligher/more royal purple than it is. We just received our rug in Navy - when we vaccummed the rug, it got completely messed up (which is how the area rug care link says to treat the carpet) - I ended up having to go over the entire rug with a lint brush. Is this particular rug not vaccuume-able? ccampoli on Mar 26, 2013

I bought this rug in navy for our new home a few months ago. I left it in the wrapping until we moved and put it in the living room on December 1st (today is the 30th). I guess I was talking more along the lines of if there was anyway to exchange it. Although I'm not exactly sure how I would be able to ship it. My concern is if it already looking so rough after having it in my living room for 25 what it will look like in another month, 6 months, a year etc. I know how to clean it, which is basically all that link tells you how to do, the blue part of the carpet is starting to look "bumpy" because the piles are coming loose. jennycastro1 on Dec 30, 2012
