I purchased this for a bedside table and it is almost the perfect height, I would like it to be a few inches taller. It smells a little when you first get it out of the box, but it will go away in about 2 weeks. The carvings are well done, but the drawer is not very easy to open and close. The piece is finished in a darker brown color that is very dull and uneven than what is showed. Considering all this, I still like the piece because of the unique character - most bedside tables are boring furniture. Shipping was very fast, ordered it on late Sunday night and got it on Wednesday.

This is a nice bedside table especially for keeping dogs out of the tissue box. Even knowing what the measurements were it seems small but there were no surprises here. If you have a smaller room in will be perfect. In a larger room, it may look small. Drawer works fine and the closure on the bottom part is firm. Very nice details. May need some oiling depending on your climate.

Not only is this cabinet beautiful but it also is well made. The drawer slides in and out smoothly, the doors close tightly and are aligned. I'm so happy I bought this. It just looks wonderful with all my articles from the orient

I would not recommend this product. The online picture does not accurately reflect what the table looks like in person. The table finish is dark and dull. I should have returned this item.

Prompt delivery, packaged well. Doors and drawer open easily. A big dent was on the top of the item upon delivery. A little overpriced. Looks just like in the photo. Was already assembled.

Great product no assemble required that was nice, real good looking wood. Kind of small but knew that in advance so it worked great for what we wanted it for. We bought the matching tables to go with this piece and we are real happy with all.
