I just ordered this carpet and wanted to double check that its a 9x13. 9x12 wouldn't work for me due to the area I'm trying to cover. I am hoping it is indeed at least 13 feet long. Thanks

1) Is this a 9 foot by 13 foot rug? The dimensions under product details says 93 x 12 x 12. 2) Also the prior person asked if it has a latex backing which you answered no, but the description says it has a rubber backing. Does it have this rubber backing? Thanks
