This product is supposed to adhere itself to a wall in order to use the laser feature. Well we tried everything to make it work and it won't stick. I am very unhappy with this product.

I purchased this laser level because of the brand Ryobi. I didn't mind that it was re-furbished because I have purchased many re-furbished products with great success.
When my daughter's boyfriend opened this gift, the laser wouldn't come on. Mike started investigating to see what the problem was. When he opened it up, there was a corroded battery in the level which had made the item inoperable.
I was embarassed to have given someone a gift in such a state of disrepair. What a let down for the recipient too.
I would not recommend purchasing one of these because it appears that the items are not refurbished or inspected or anything. Had the item been inspected, I'm sure they would have noticed that the laser wasn't working.
