I purchased this item as a nightstand in my master bedroom. It is beautiful. Great size, not too big! The detail is very pretty and I am very pleased. I liked it so much I bought another piece very similar for the other side of the bed. I highly recommend this item.

I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS ABOUT PURCHASING FURNITURE ONLINE. HOWEVER, THE ACCURATE DESCRIPTION GIVEN AND THE DISPLAY PICTURES WERE GOOD, SO I THOUGHT I'D TAKE A CHANCE. BOY, AM I GLAD I DID!! I had been looking for chests to use as bed side tables for a while. I knew what I wanted, but couldn't seem to find what I was looking for. I then just started looking for the style and found these. I'm not into the "hand painted" faux finish that these chests were and thought I'd buy them and re-finish them to go with the room. I have to say that everything worked out for the best! I never thought to go the route I did and am happy that I thought of it. The style and quality of these chests are great. And, I thought, for the price, if the re-finishing didn't work It wouldn't have been an extremely expensive mistake. Over all, I was pleased with the quality and construction of these chests.

This is a beautiful accent chest. I bought this to use as a bedside table, but was so pleased with the appearance and quality that I am using it as an accent piece / end table in my living room. I've received many compliments on this item and highly recommend it.
