I actually bought this swing over three years ago and still love it! I get compliments all the time. This iron swing replaced a wood swing I had previously that did not hold up. I recommend this highly. It compliments my country porch setting perfectly.

This swing is much nicer than it looks in the picture. I was very impressed with how well it was made. It was fairly easy to put together by myself, and would be extremely easy with 2 people.

The porch swing I recently ordered from Overstock.com, supasses all other swings, I've searched for, in looks and construction. As it is made of iron, I am sure it will last me the rest of my life. It brings back fond memories of my childhood in my grandmother's porch swing. " Singing & Swinging." I ordered it and within 5 days I was sitting in it. Thanks for the promptness of the order and delivery.

Exactly like it was pictured, a sturdy, attractive patio swing. Would recommend

Arrived on time, but when put up was too high off the ground. I bought extra links and spay painted them black to match and things were perfect. Overall I rate this product very high and I would recommend this to anyone. You just cannot beat the price.

it is still new to me...but so far so good....i can't see any reason the swing should'nt be around for a long time

The swing is really nice and was easy to put together. The only negative is that we had to buy extra links of heavy duty chain because the swing was too far off the ground. My husband is 5'10" and I'm 5'6" so we are pretty average height, and our feet couldn't reach the porch. I love the finish and look forward to years of "blastoff" swinging in the words of my two year old grandson!

weve had the swing for awhile now. it still looks great and its been outside on an open porch.just rinse the dust off once in awhile and it looks like new. its very heavy so it was great to have it delivered for so little.it was a gift for my husband but we both love it.

this porch swing arrived promptly and assembled easily. Looks good with our existing iron porch detailing.

Durable and sturdy swing for a decent price. We hung ours from a tree branch and used plastic protectors along the chain to not harm the tree. I am certain the iron will withstand the elements for a long time, the coating is quite thick. Even without cushions the bench is comfortable and swings smoothly and quietly. I'm not sure how hot it will get in summer but we plan to have cushions made for it.

I purchased this swing a couple of years ago, and it still looks just as good as it did out of the package. When I received the package, I was amazed at how heavy it was, but thanks to Overstock.com shipping, I still only paid a couple of dollars! It was easy to assemble, but one screw did present a few problems. I was able to kind of force it into place, with no ill effects yet! I had the stand custom built into our new deck, and the swing fit perfectly. It is beautiful wrougt iron, and matches all our patio furniture. It looks elegant and expensive. It seats two closely, but comfortable.

This is 2 person patio swing. It fits perfectly on our covered back porch! I recommend cushions for the seat and back because this is metal. I purchased mine and we LOVE it. I purchased all new wrought iron outside furniture and this was a perfect match! I highly recommend this swing. Just BEAUTIFUL.

I have had an identical one for 4 years. it has held up very well. The powder coat finish will develop some rust spots but nothing objectionable for being exposed to the weather.

I purchased two of these swings for my upper and lower patios. They assembled fairly easy, however, we did have to bend the metal in a few places to make the screws go in correctly. It only took a few minutes to assemble them. We had to purchase an additional 12 feet of chain because our ceilings are high. The swings are very comfortable even without cushions. I would definitely recommend this product.

Love the swing. Nice and sturdy but yet easy enough to move. Have had it about 9 months and it still looks the same. Would definately recommend to anyone needing a nice swing.

the swing came in just a few days. my husband had it up in no time. very easy to assemble. however, it did have a couple very small chips but nothing that was too bad to replace it. I eat breakfast on it every morning. I love the comfort and the design of the swing.

I have been looking for a swing that is not made of wood and that will last me through any type of weather. I opted for this one and I love it! It is comfortable and doesnt pinch or dig anywhere. We can fit 3 people on it even though it is made for 2. I wanted my swing for the tree in the backyard instead of the patio or porch so my husband had to "adapt" it for the tree. It works wonderfully and all the adults in our family love to use it. It has also become the place where I can visit with my friends or just have a nice talk with my daughter.

Even if you maintain a healthy diet and weight and exercise regularly, you still might not feel as though you are getting the nutrients you need to enjoy and keep up with your lifestyle. Women have specific needs when it comes to vitamins, and those needs can change and increase during adolescence, pregnancy and menopause. Let us help you choose the best vitamins and supplements for your lifestyle. B vitamins. B vitamins are water-soluble, which means they are flushed out daily, so they need to be replenished frequently. B vitamins are abundant in a variety of foods, including meat, potatoes and bananas, but many women, particularly vegetarians, may not find themselves consuming a variety of B vitamin-rich foods. Water-soluble vitamins are also compromised when foods are over-processed or stale. B vitamins affect your immune system, metabolism and cell growth, and they have a big impact on your energy levels. Pregnant women should consume extra B vitamins, particularly vitamin B9, which is also known as folic acid. Find your B vitamins together in a B-complex supplement or in a quality multivitamin. Vitamin C. Vitamin C is also water-soluble, so it is important to get plenty each day. Vitamin C is famous for promoting a healthy immune system. In addition, vitamin C is necessary for absorbing iron into the blood. Because women are more likely to develop iron-deficiency anemia, vitamin C is especially important. Vitamin C supplements are available in a range of formulations, and you can also get plenty from food sources. In addition to oranges, vitamin C is abundant in oysters, broccoli and a wide variety of fruits. Vitamin D. Vitamin D contributes to the overall health of your body's organs, but its main job is to make sure that the calcium you work so hard to consume gets absorbed properly. Women are more likely to develop bone density complications, so calcium and vitamin D are extremely important for women of all ages. You can get your vitamin D easily from the sun, but if your lifestyle doesn't allow for much sun exposure, you may want to consider adding a vitamin D supplement to your routine. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, which means it is stored in the body's fat and organs. There is some potential for toxicity when fat-soluble vitamins are over-supplemented. A daily intake of 200 to 400 IU per day is recommended for children and adults, and most vitamin D supplements will provide 400 IU per dose. More than 400 IU per day is not recommended. It's difficult to eat well enough in our fast-paced world to get the full daily recommended amount of nutritional support from food. Taking vitamins is a simple way to ensure that you are maintaining your health properly. Supplying your body with the right amount of vitamins will help boost your immune system, reduce the amount of harmful free radicals in your body, increase your energy levels and help you feel your best. You can get the nutrition vitamins that you need by adding a multivitamin to your routine. When shopping for a multivitamin, look for these vitamins. Vitamin C. Vitamin C is one of the best nutrition vitamins to take daily. Vitamin C is responsible for assisting the body in absorbing iron to the blood. It is also essential for the development and growth of healthy cells, and it can do wonders for your immune system. Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin, so it needs to be replenished regularly. The recommended dose of vitamin C each day is 90 milligrams for men and 75 milligrams for women. B vitamins. When comparing multivitamins, check for a comprehensive set of B vitamins. These water-soluble vitamins are essential for blood health, a strong immune system, a robust metabolism, healthy skin, proper cell development and nervous system function. If you do not receive enough of the B-complex vitamins, particularly vitamin B12, you can develop anemia and have an increased risk for nerve damage. B vitamins also go by a variety of other names, including thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine, biotin, folic acid and cobalamin. Each B vitamin has a different daily requirement, so check multivitamin labels carefully. Vitamin D. Vitamin D is essential for the healthy development and maintenance of bone and skin. Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium, which prevents bone density loss and fractures. Vitamin D can be absorbed from sunlight with approximately 15 minutes of sun exposure each day. If 15 minutes of sun exposure doesn't fit into your daily routine, consider purchasing a multivitamin with vitamin D. The daily recommended intake of vitamin D is 200 to 400 IU for both men and women. Avoid taking more than 400 IU per day, as vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin and has the potential for overdose. Vitamin A. Vitamin A is essential for healthy eyes, a robust immune system, reproductive health, and good skin and bones. Vitamin A is also an antioxidant, which means it helps promote healthy cell function and growth, so it affects the entire body. Adults should get approximately 3500 IU per day, with at least 20 percent from beta-carotene. Vitamin E. Vitamin E is an antioxidant. Its main role is to guard cell membranes from free radicals and oxidation, which can damage organs and tissue. Vitamin E is also currently being studied extensively to determine its role in preventing different types of cancer and other serious health problems. Adults should get approximately 35 IU of vitamin E per day.
