Would recommend this hammock to anyone who is in love and wants to swing for a couple of hours under some wonderful trees! We love our hammock!
This is soooo comfortable! Listening to music I fell sound asleep while swinging over the lake in this wonderful hammock chair. It is so soft and envelopes you in complete comfort. Hardware does not come with it but is not hard to find; I ordered mine from *** and got a heavy duty chain from ***.
got this for our hammock swing/chair. You hit your head on the pole no matter how you position the chair and forget moving or swinging in the chair, no room. ended up getting the C-Stand and love it
Hung this up in a backyard arbor. Took me back to warm lazy days in the tropics swinging on the front porch in a hammock. Best thing I've bought all year! Comfort doesn't begin to describe the feeling when you curl up to read a book, nap or watch backyard wildlife come to life as you become one with the landscape.
the swing is beautiful......its almost too nice to go outside. I have owned three hammock swings and this one has to be the prettiest swing i"ve bought! Its too nice to use outside. After owning it for three weeks, I did decide to hang it outside. It is very comfortable - love how you can fit your entire body into it and just float....haven't fallen asleep yet but can't wait to be able to have the time to do this!!!!
This hammock chair hangs from my oak tree all summer long. It is durable and well-made. I have never had any problems with it and it is well-used. My granddaughters use it for a climbing rope and giant tree swing and it still holds up well. Great chair for price. Keep it in the garage in the winter to preserve.
The hammock is good quality and attractive in appearance. Because it is so wide it's difficult to get in it, though. It tends to hang high and very flat, rather than in the cupped shape of a rope hammock, and you have to kind of lie into it on one side and swing your legs on. But once you're in it, it's comfortable. The printed pattern on the is quite subtle, so you have no worries about this not matching other outdoor furniture. I have it mounted between two trees. Probably would do better on a hammock stand.
Simple but well made, this hammock swing is my favorite purchase of the year! It's amazingly comfortable (I'm 5'2" and can fit my whole body in it; my husband is 6' and agrees it's a nice chair, although his legs don't fit inside as mine do), and we have spent hours in them. They are durable enough for outdoors. Such a great value!
Absolutely love this hammock chair. I had wanted a regular hammock but didn't have the space so I bought this chair. I built my own frame out of 4x4 post and used a swivel hook. Many evenings this summer I have spent hours just sitting back and swaying. It is large enough to recline partially back with your legs outstretched. I have probably used it for approximately 20-30 hours in the month that I have owned it and it has shown absolutely no wear. If you use a swivel hook you can not only swing back and forth but can also sway from side to side like a hammock. I have found that I enjoy this chair even more than a regular hammock.
