Have had the product for a while. Have never had any problems at all. My sweaters and other delicate clothes that can not be put in the dryer look great and keep there shape on the drying rack.

i bought this dryer for my daughter as a gift. When she launders her sweaters she lays them on the washer and dryer to dry, it would take days. Using this product took only 4 hours! Easy set up and the fan runs quietly. I would recommend this product to anyone. I feel my money was well spent.
