HAPPY MORNING COFFEE
Ok this one is great for me becuase I like coffee when I get up, but sometimes I get up early, sometimes later, and so the thermal caraffe keeps the coffee warm. Also great when I take it and put the pot on the table it stays warm. so I can pour some sit read my paper and pour more and not have to get up (YES I am lazy). The cups are great when just making it to go. One less thing to clean (again lazy)

Refurbished No more
I really don't have any issues with the way the coffee maker works. My beef is regarding missing parts. The one I purchased is a refurbished one. I thought all the parts would be in the box. It was missing the "dual" brew basket. I contacted customer service about getting one and several days later was told the warehouse did not have one but that I could purchase one if I wanted to.I guess it's true..."you get what you pay for."The maker works as expected. I will say to keep the coffee hot in the carafe longer you may want to first fill the carafe with very hot water first to heat the inside. The coffee stays hot longer. Coffee also taste better from the thermal carafe. No burnt taste from being left on a hot plate like glass carafe pots. I will no longer buy refurbished online.

Coffee pot
I think that refurbished should be looked at a little closer before you ship to the customer so that they can enjoy a cup of coffee when the get the machine! all in all I like the new coffee maker.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. i didn't realize i was buying refurbished but thats OK however the pot metal was separated from the plastic spout and poured out all over the place. Hamilton Beach too 1 1/2 weeks to send me a new one. good think i had my old coffee pot still!

Don't waste your money
The product is awful! Every time you pour a cup of coffee you spill half down the side of the pot. Very poor spout design. You would think this would be a critical part of the design. Clearly not! For the money, they should have spent more time on quality assurance.

This coffeemakers SUCKS
It makes Okay coffee but I dare you to pour a cup of coffee without spillling it all over the place. Plus does not keep the coffee warm for very long!!
