    I was excited when this can opener came in early and as my old one broke (different type can opener) and I had been opening them by hand. I have MS so things like that are important. Then I realized that the recharge cord was not a correct cord and I had to go through a dance to get it replaced. Finally I gave up on Hamilton Beach and called Overstock. If they had not stepped in I would probably still not have a working can opener. Last but not least it is hard to use. Not easy to hold on to because of the shape and it takes a lot of effort to get it on the can and started. Once it is started it is good and takes the top right off. I would not buy a can opener like this again and I definitely would not buy another one made this like this one and it would definitely not order one that came from Hamilton Beach. Overstock was great and Mary got right on the phone in a conference call and they tried to start the whole garbage over but she would not allow it. I still had to make a picture of the incorrect cord and email it to them. It took a week to come in so I did without for 3 weeks. Bad customer service.
