Sorry. Would not recomen this model
I agree this model was way too lite. It has really been cheapened from previous model I purchased. This one is always dripping water all over counter when you open it for filling. Sorry nothing like the more expensive one they used to over that was well worth the extra price charged!

the pot is so light and does not have any grippies on the bottom so it moves all over the counter when you try to get a cup of coffee, kind of dangerous. I had to buy a different pot and have this one stuck back as an emergency pot..
