No Good
It's a cheap thing, doesn't work well, and is as loud as a motorcycle. The lid must be placed to cover the spout, but even so, it's not watertight. There is an icecrusher function, but it doesn't matter, there are still ice pieces left, regardless of how long one can put up with the noise. And it's piercingly loud. I hate it. It's worse than the blender I was replacing.

Great blender.
This is a great blender. 12 speeds makes it very versatile. Great for milkshakes and preparing cake batter (especially like it for this reason).

Great Basic Blender
works great for smoothies, not too fancy. No extra bells and whistles on this guy, just a basic basic blender. I've only made smoothies with it so far, but the wave action is great, my bananas never get stuck at the bottom and it mixes really well.
