Overstock.com was great and easy to use. I agressively try to purchase items only made in America. When I did a search for coffee makers "made in USA" this item came up. When I received it, "Made in China" was on the box and the unit. I returned it and Overstock was quick in trying to set things right. They did a great job and I would recommend overstock.com to a friend. I was dissappointed in the product only because it wasn't made in the US as I saw on the site. Otherwise, the product was fine.

We were looking for a coffee maker that brewed coffee that would stay hot from the first to the last cup, and this brew station fits the bill perfectly. That last cup tastes as good as the first, and the coffee stays hot in the coffee mug much longer than our the coffee brewed in our old coffee maker. I like the fact we can continue to use the coffee we like and don't have to purchase a special coffee. I would highly recommend the Hamilton Brew Station - it is the best!!!

Never gets strong and bitter, and is hotter than our previous coffeemakers. This is a terrific value and don't we all love the low shipping fees?

The coffee maker works very well. The coffee tastes great, and it is easy to use. The only drawback is that a tall travel cup wll not fit under the dispenser.

We were looking for a coffee maker that produced 12 cups of coffee with each cycle, and that kept the coffee hot. This product met all our criteria. It is easy to use and clean after each use. We also like the fact that as it brews the steam is not vented straight up damaging cabinets above our storage area.

this is a great coffee maker and we are very pleased with the way it works. It replaced a much more expensive coffee pot and we would have bought this before paying all the money we did for a coffeemaker that just conked out after a couple of months of use. WE are not avid coffee drinkers that run our pot all day and it seemed weird that we paid twice as much for the other coffee pot as this one cost. Cost doesn't always mean better ... in this case anyway.

I bought this coffeemaker for my personal use in my office. Love the programmable feature, coffee is hot and ready for me when I get there. Highly recommend this coffeemaker!

The only thing I don't like is that the cord is really short......the cord needs to be longer. We have had a 12 Hamilton Beach coffee maker before and loved it. We really like this. I would recommend this coffee maker to anyone.

The coffee maker worked perfect. Nice quick brew time , easy to prep , easy to fill with water. I don't like the flat filters though . However !!! the coffee it produced was NASTY !! . I ran it through four pots just in case it was the water filter but the taste actually got worse. I sent it back...

I have used the Brewstation for a couple of years because of its effiency, coffee does not spill on burner when trying to get a cup while still brewing. This model has brew strength selector and adjustable warmer shut-off that makes it everything I need to get me going in the morning!
