I am satisfied with this product though I found it cheaper elsewhere after the fact. I really enjoy this kettle though its not the quickest at heating water. It takes a few minutes to heat a full pot. Less time for less full and still quicker than boiling on the stove. My only other comment is that I wish it had an indicator light on both sides of the base. I'm left handed so when the kettle is done I have to turn it arounf to pick it up. Not a big deal at all, still a great product.

This kettle is wonderful, not only does it look amazing, it works great! It is really fast, the heating element is totally safe, and it cuts itself off if you forget to. I am really glad I got this, it is great for tea, but also hot chocolate lovers it makes piping hot water for that too!! It is so good to take to the office space as well, no more microwave cups that could explode on you, it makes it faster and much safer, everyone around the breakroom was fascinated by how fast it made cups of hot water for everyone. I definitely would suggest this to my friends and it would be great for dorm rooms, very safe.

Theh kettle is really easy to use and the water heats quickly. Lifting from base turns it off so you don't have to worry about remembering to turn it off. It's also really pretty.

We loved the red stainless steel color and the kettle is great. It heats up water in a flash. We really like the idea that you don't need a stove or microwave to have hot water.

This was the best addition to my office! It's so nice to be able to heat up some water for tea, hot chocolate, whatever in just a minute or so. It's so fast and easy to clean. I would recommend it.

I returned the kettle for size only. I needed something very small for a small space in the travel trailer. This kettle was above average but just too large for my space.

I purchased this item to use at my business (I own a for women only Gym) so I can serve my members coffee and tea etc. This pot works perfectly. Being cordless is a big plus and it heats water very quickly, even cold water from the fridge. the fact that it is stainless steel instead of plastic is also important to me as plastic can leach into the water and is not "healthy". The product arrived quickly, worked right out of the box-- although does require you to boil water through it several times before using. I have been using it for several weeks now, hjave no problems with it and every one really likes it.

I am a "frequent customer" @ Overstock. com and only have had to send one product back because the size wasn't correct!

This is just what I needed for my office since we have no kitchen. I bought this so I would not have to keep running to the deli to spend on tea every day. The only con is that it makes a lot of noise when the water is boiling.

Great kettle that heats the water quickly. Only word of caution is that the surface of the kettle gets extremely hot, so be careful. Since I use it daily for only a smaller pre-measured amount of water for coffee, I was disappointed to see that the measurement window does not indicate as few as 4 cups of water. Auto shut off is wonderful. Definitely happy with my purchase.

It has a high "minimum" line for the amount of water you're supposed to heat which was a little inconvenient since I often just want a single cuppa, but I have found you can heat less water, it may just not automatically shut off when boiled. However, in the time it takes me to get out my coffee cup and filter, and grind the coffee, the water is pretty much heated, so the auto-shut off is not that key. The true test is how long the thing will last--my former kettle went about 5 years before the element burnt out. But so far, so good. The title says "red" but Overstock is only carrying the stainless steel right now, which looks nice. I hope this helps you make your important water boiling decision.

Ditch the microwave and save time from waiting for water to heat on the stove with this kettle. It heats water quickly for our tea, oatmeal, hot chocolate, etc.. Entire family uses it!

I recently moved and purchased this first for myself -- when I saw how perfectly it worked -- heats VERY quickly, with simple auto-shut off - I purchased two more for my children who both got married last year as first anniversary presents! (So what if it's not 'Paper!') EXCELLENT!!!!

I bought the stainless steel finish HB tea kettle for my good friend's mountain house, where hot tea & hot chocolate are widely enjoyed. Everyone comments on what a great convenience it is. I bought the red one for my niece, as she has a red-themed kitchen. She loves it!

This electric kettle does everything I expected. I especially love the short time in which water is heated. Such a time and energy saver compared to heating water in the kettle on the stove. The design is very ergonomic and contemporary. The red color looks just like the picture. An all around great buy!

I put off buying an electric kettle for too long, waiting and waiting for my stovetop kettle to boil. This is so much faster, that I don't resent giving up the counter space. Works great. I wish the refill space was a bit wider than it is but still easy to refill. I like the push button to pop the lid up. The whole apparatus seems very sturdy, and idiot proof. The red metallic finish is cool and beautiful.Love it, but wish the cord were longer.

This was a gift and just perfect. Works like a charm. Takes up little space on the counter and looks sharp. Perfect to heat up water quickly for that perfect cup of tea or other hot beverages. I would recommend this item.
