I was searching for an option to serve as both a grill and skillet to be used inside, and this fit the bill. Although, after using it, it does take a long time to cook the food. I had to cut chicken breasts in half to thin them out to cook. They cooked on each side for at least 20 minutes and still needed to be cut. The skillet items do appear to good better, but it may be because they are normally items that aren't as thick. It is easy to clean though.
