I love this unit. It's the right size for my small pantry and the color is awesome! Not just your basic "silver and black" like my old one. Very stylish!

Not sure if it is just the unit I received or if all are like this, but the outside of this oven gets very hot. So much, that my Mother was afraid to use it and ended up giving it to me (it was originally a gift to her.) I've used it a few times for very small things like heating frozen mozzarella sticks and other snack foods. I would not want to use it for anything that took a long time to cook or heat up. I had another toaster over that attached to the underside of my cabinets and never worried about the heat like on this one.

This toaster oven performs well and is versatile. I am most pleased with its appearance: the red trim complements my kitchen perfectly. I can't comment on durabilty since I have had it only a couple of weeks.

I was happy with my Black and Decker until it died.I bought this item based on the reviews and price.Love the pop of color it brought to my kitchen and does a great job as a toaster.However when i use it as an oven i have to set it to 15 minutes more than once to brown biscuits or warm up a snack.The bell wasn't loud but i wished it did a better job baking!

I bought this toaster oven to replace my old one (which was also by Hamilton Beach) but through 3 years of near constant use, the cord started to do funny stuff. The old one was also a 6 slice model, but unlike the one in this review, it actually held 6 slices of bread. This one barely holds four. Further, it won't hold a 12' frozen pizza like the last one, or bake off a small quickbread. I thought that since they are the same size outside that they would be the same inside. But they are not.This model works fine, but not nearly as well as the other, less complicated (one knob instead of 3) one. I wish I could have just gotten a replacement (I thought this was the same model, but "updated").If you want a small oven to use in the summer months, this is NOT the one to buy. If you just want a 4 slice toaster, you will be fine.

The unit was a very pretty color red although the sides seemed a touch pinkish where it was plastic. I just had a hard time getting over the loud timer ticker. Our former toastmaster had a very soft ding sound at the end with no ticking sound at all. I was used to that. So I packed it back up to give my daughter when she moves out. All in all it was a decent unit for the price and was a fun color. If you like a more audible timer it is the toaster oven for you!

This toaster is much bigger than other products I've used before. I ordered it and it was delivered the next day... I always have to wait several days from other companies... Thanks Overstock! I didn't rate the durability or workmanship as I haven't had time to use it today. The only thing is I don't see how they could fit that meat they show in the image in there w/o it touching the heat core.... but I think a chicken will fit perfectly.

I sent this to my beloved Granddaughter in California--she is thrilled-not only at the surprise of it but the fact she does not need to turn on the big oven --She loves it-She uses it all the time and cannot say enough good things about it. Thank You.

This toaster/broiler is great! Lots of room inside, crumb tray is terrific. Easy to use! Great value!

I like the fact that it's not computerized! Bell is not too loud, doesn't wake up the whole house like my last toaster oven. The pan is very sturdy, and I like the slide out crumb tray. I'm very satisfied so far.

It looks great and works great. Very good product at a great price.

Does not get as hot as should, pan is not large enough, bought it for large interior, but since pan is not as large as toast rack, not as useful as i had hoped. Aslo, knobs are confusing. Ok in the end, especially for the money, but my old, very old toaster oven works better.
