Great product
I've gone through many of these and this one really works! It's fast and toasts to a perfect level. It's also very attractive and doesn't take up as much room as others do.

it's huge
while it is great for bagels, English toast; slots are a little off when it comes to regular bread. i wanted something that would not take up a lot of counter space.... sadly not here. very bulky. just waiting on a chance to gift this to. where are all the small toasters located!
